"I cannot say enough good stuff about this company so I am finding any and every
resource to post my thoughts...After months of dealing with 2 other companies
PREMIER TO MY RESCUE.

I was skeptical to hire a 3rd company but so glad I found these people. The office
staff was so nice and seemed to really understand my problem. They fit me into
their schedule the SAME DAY and my problem was solved within 3 days time! It
seems like a miracle when you have lived with rats for over 6 months and nothing
seemed to work. To top it off this company gave me a 1 year warranty! They weren't
the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The 2 other companies offered
"FREE" inspections but were unable to solve my problem which proves my point.
"You get what you pay for"

I have to say this was one of the easiest companies to deal with from start to finish.
Let me start off by saying I was not the least bit excited to call someone about a "rat"
issue, but I was immediately impressed with the enthusiasm this company has. The
lady in the office was very chipper and eager to get my problem dealt with. The
inspector met me at my house the same day I called in, gave me an estimate and
the work was performed the very next day.

I called 1 week ago today, and my "rat" problem is GONE! I even got a 1 year
warranty should these little varmints return. Overall I am so completely satisfied
